Well, hire a competent software designer. Four pairs of glasses waiting for me to pay, and the customer unable to get to the payment page?
What kind of a nut is an executive presides over this insanity. I have ordered pretty close to 50 pairs of glasses from Zenni, but any further goof with either this or a future attempt to order and it is "good bye ole bright eye."
And to think: I just recommended Zenni to friends two days ago. "Sorry about that, Chief!"
